Locally born and raised, Liam Fox joined Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar in 2018, after several years working in the Vancouver restaurant industry. With a passion for first-class tailored dining experiences, Fox quickly found himself at home with the Boulevard team and has been a fundamental player in propelling wine education and curating elevated food and wine pairings.
Enthusiastic and ever-thirsty for knowledge, Liam can be relied on for insight on both traditional Old World wines as well as new trends, upcoming regions and changes in the industry. Fox is known for his intelligent conversations and uncorking brow-lifting surprises that enhance Boulevard’s theatrical dining experiences.
