Executive Chef Roger Ma and his team invite you to enjoy a menu celebrating canadian lobster including: welcome beverage, lobster bisque, BLVD’s lobster thermidor and a grapefruit semifreddo prepared by “Canada’s Top 100 Pastry Chef of the Year”, Kenta Takahashi.
