Before joining Boulevard, Wristen held positions at various restaurants, including being part of the opening team for Vancouver’s Elisa and Oceans in New York. During his spare time you’re likely to find Wristen exploring local eateries and engaging in outdoor activities, he’s particularly partial to adventures on the water.
