This Christmas Day, Executive Chef Roger Ma presents a multi-course festive feast available for lunch and dinner. There’s something for everyone, with options per course ranging from elevated traditional staples to seafood options. Chef has promised to have plenty of truffles and caviar on hand to amp of the holiday indulgence.
