Boulevard will host ’Terroir Mosaic' as part of the sixth annual Top Drop Vancouver wine festival and welcome Master Sommelier Nick Hetzel, who will detail four unique and iconic wineries from four diverse terroirs in France, California and Hungary while guests enjoy a multi-course feast prepared by Chefs Alex Chen and Roger Ma.
