Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is honoured to have been selected to host an exclusive MICHELIN on the Road™ dinner that pairs the culinary talents of our Executive Chef Roger Ma with Melissa Rodriguez, Chef/Partner of New York City’s Michelin-starred Del Posto, the celebrated Italian enclave which she co-owns with acclaimed restaurateurs Lidia and Joe Bastianich.

This one-night-only event reuniting Chefs Ma and Rodriguez — who worked alongside one another at two-starred Michelin Daniel Restaurant in New York City — features a cocktail-and-canapé reception and six-course collaborative menu that showcases the unique talents of two acclaimed chefs, along with wine pairings by Jackson Family Wines.
