For one night only, Chef Alex Chen (winner, the Food Network Canada's Iron Chef Canada, Canadian Culinary Champion 2018, Vancouver Magazine Chef of the Year 2018) will collaborate with Chef Darren MacLean (SHOKUNIN Calgary, Netflix's The Final Table, Canada's 100 Best Restaurants).
Seated only inches from the chefs, guests will watch as culinary masterpieces are created using the most luxurious ingredients. Expect Alaskan king crab, caviar, geoduck clams, tuna toro, quail and wagyu beef. Includes wine pairings from the great estates of the world.
