Boulevard is pleased to announce the continuation of our Dessert Tasting Menu series by Executive Pastry Chef, Kenta Takahashi. Kenta, Canada’s Best Pastry Chef of 2020, 2023 and 2024 as awarded by Canada’s 100 Best and Vancouver Magazine’s 2024 Pastry Chef of the year, will present: DESSERT: A Symphony in 5 Courses. For each date, Chef Kenta will explore the colours, harvest, inspirations and emotions of the season, presenting and showcasing the expression, creativity, and techniques of one of Canada’s true culinary artists.
