Award-winning Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi invites you to Philosophy in Sweets, an intimate and immersive tasting experience that explores the story and intention behind each plated dish.

Held at Boulevard’s pastry station, this guided experience includes five dessert courses paired with select drinks, thoughtfully composed and served by Chef Kenta.
