Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar proudly celebrated four big wins at the 2019 Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards in the Best Seafood, Best Upscale and Best Dessert categories, while Executive General Manager and Wine Director JP Potters was one of five recipients of the prestigious Premier Crew award.

“Gold medal winner Boulevard does so many things right that it’s sometimes easy to forget that it’s first and foremost a seafood restaurant. But our judges didn’t forget, and they rewarded chefs Alex Chen and Roger Ma (and perhaps the most talented team of sous-chefs in town) for their innovative take on all things fish, like the complex seared ling cod with mushroom relish, grilled shiitake mushrooms and bonito crème fraîche served in a ham hock dashi. ”
