Available over two weekends, this nostalgic brunch reflects the hotel’s legacy of elegant hospitality and memorable dining.

The Experience

Begin with your choice of seasonal starters, from asparagus salad to beef carpaccio or chicken liver mousse. For your main course, select from brunch classics, including Eggs Benedict, Crab and Shrimp Louie, or Grilled Hanger Steak and Eggs.

The experience concludes with a Dessert Buffet, an homage to the beloved Chocoholic Buffet once served at Fleuri. Reimagined by Executive Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi, the offering features homemade desserts, signature bonbons, and a flowing chocolate fountain.
