Adrian Lindner got his first taste of the hospitality industry while completing his marketing degree at university. Beginning in the kitchen, he later moved to Front of House and has been in the industry for almost two decades.

With a passion for the creative side of the sector and his WSET Level III Award in wine, Lindner loves the fact that the worlds of beverages and fine dining offer so much to discover. When people are willing to explore or try new flavours, that’s when a restaurant can truly shine. For Lindner, there is so much potential for pairings that it’s almost impossible to ever get bored; inspiration is everywhere.

In joining Boulevard’s esteemed team of dedicated hospitality professionals, Lindner has accomplished an important goal.

“I had always wanted to work at a legacy restaurant in a big city”, Lindner says.
