For 2024, Canada’s Best Pastry Chef as awarded twice by Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants will present: DESSERT: A Symphony in 5 Courses

For each date Chef Kenta will explore the colors, harvest, inspirations and emotions of the season, presenting a different menu and showcasing the expression, artistry, and technique of one of Canada’s true culinary artists.

May 3rd – Colors of Spring
August 8th – All that Summer Promises
November 7th – Legends of the Fall
